Spring Clean-up Day is held the first Saturday of May.
9:00am until Noon
2026 will be Saturday May 2, with rain day May 9
We will have light food and beverages.
Feel free to invite friends to help out and hang out at this volunteer opportunity to keep our cemetery looking the way you would find inviting and tidy.
You may want to bring work gloves, gardening tools, and anything else that you think might be useful.
A truck will be standing by for all debris to be hauled away.
Projects that need to be worked on include:

- cleaning headstones
- straightening headstones
- unearthing block markers and spray-paint block markers
- raking
- picking up sticks and other debris
- cleaning up perennial beds
- general clean up the south side of the cemetery
NOTE:
If we all keep our eyes open while we are at the cemetery and do a bit of tidying up while we are there, we can keep the cemetery looking nice in between Clean-up days. There are trash bins for cans, bottles, spent flowers, and other trash and a brush pile for sticks and small branches.
